Christmas Ornament Garland

Pottery barn is such a great source of inspiration for me. The other day while in PB Kids, I spotted this simple ribbon garland; ornaments were tied on, and the garland was draped across a mirror.

(Don't you love the faraway look in my eyes as I clutch my shopping bag? I must have been dreaming of possibilities.)

Using a length of white ribbon, I created my own version with snowflake ornaments. I love how festive it looks over the red mirror!

Don't worry, this is the only holiday decor I have up. So far.

I'm not sure I will be able to last much longer than another week or two before I beg my husband to crawl up to the attic for more!

p.s. The house is finally finito! I'll post about it soon.

that's really cute. I love the snowflake ornaments, especially against that red mirror.

What a great idea. I think that I will use this idea as well. Of course, i don't have a super cute red mirror like you. Guess my lame black mirror will have to do.
Forget that-I am going to paint my mirror red! THanks for all the inspiration! I love coming to your blog for ideas! I can't wait to see what you do with your cute house.
Ps-maybe you already know this-and this is where you got your cute snowflakes, but our local dollar store has tonz of snowfalkes, all shapes and sizes. All of them are super cute. Just wanted to pass it on, in case you just had to have more!!!

What a cute idea! I am in Christmas planning mode, but no real progress yet. After Thanksgiving things will get going around here, for sure!

Cute! I just don't allow Christmas decor in the house until the day after Thanksgiving...Maybe it was all the years working retail! LOL
