The best bouquet of flowers that I have ever received

Yesterday morning I awoke to two sweet faces.
Each had a homemade card for me, but they were most anxious to present
the project that they had worked so hard on: a bouquet of paper flowers!
These bright blooms are gorgeous and from a distance could easily be mistaken for the real thing.

 However, I greatly appreciate that they are not real
I can enjoy them much longer this way!
While there was much guidance from daddy (he mentioned being stabbed
multiple times with safety scissors!), every petal was cut by my girls.

My husband found the flower template and assembly instructions at
HP's Creative Studio (click here to go directly to the flowers).
I highly recommend browsing this site for some excellent ideas and projects;
they even have printables from The Pioneer Woman and Martha Stewart!

Way to go K! I'm very impressed. You know, his sisters have the craft genes too! It must come from their sweet mom that can make anything pottery barn better than pottery barn can.

Well, I love those little girls. They sure are sweet. And I'm proud to have such a good son-in-law who is a good daddy.
