I have been happily married to Kevin for nearly 10 years. We met in Accounting 101 and were married after my sophomore year in college. I went on to graduate with a degree in Marketing, and had our oldest daughter one week after I accepted my diploma (that sure was a fun semester!). Nearly 3 years later, our family was made complete with little sister. Now they are 8 and 5 and I can say that having two girls is just as fun as I imagined it to be! I am so thankful to be a full-time mom.
As you can surmise, I enjoy crafts of all sorts. But in case you have the interest (and time) to delve further into my psyche, I have compiled a list of random facts about myself:
-I believe that Jesus Christ came to earth, died and rose again. He is my Savior.
-Blue is my current favorite color (it will change soon enough, it always does)
-Avocados are my favorite food.
-I stabbed my hand once trying to remove the pit of an avocado.
-"Aloha" is my standard greeting when I'm texting my husband.
-I am the oldest of 5 kids (4 girls and 1 boy) and was homeschooled until high school.
-I love Mr. Darcy.
-Women who don't carry purses confuse me.
-Popcorn and mini M&M's were made for each other.
-Don't talk to me in the morning.
-I love the scent of honeysuckle. I have stood in a park and just sniffed and smelled until my husband was embarrassed by me.
-I cannot leave the house without my lip balm (J.R. Watkins in Raspberry).
-I love high heels... in theory.
